Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, return shipping costs are not covered in our refund policy. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any and all open box items that are being returned to Apevie Simulator warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The base arrived withen a couple of days.....quite fast. The packaging was very good. I love the base. Getting used to the software. There are a lot of adjustments you can make but once you get the hang of it it's great.
These mounts are very well made. Shipping was fast. My only issue is one mount came without two of the four screws to help adjust the angle, but I made it work. And no, I did not contact the company to mention this.
